It’s bad enough that our body fights us when we try to lose weight. Now, there’s compelling research that shows some of us may be hardwired to yo-yo.

It’s like I was born to rebound!!

Listen, I will never be a size 2 and I’m totally ok with that. But, a size 6 or 8 would be nice..

I went on a diet this week (again) and it was the worst 3 days of my life…..

I spent my Sunday afternoon meal prepping 15 ready to go lunches and I only made it to Tuesday, before I couldn’t fathom the smell of chicken and rice.

By Wednesday evening, I was eating salad and ice cream for dinner, all while telling my girlfriends, I was trying to lose weight and entering my calorie intake, to the food app on my phone.

If you ever wondered why you couldn’t lose weight while dieting, it’s probably because you’re not doing something right.

Don’t worry, I’m not judging.
I’m right there with you.

The good thing is… It’s never to late to accept my mistakes and try again next week.
