La-La’s Gourmet Cookies were first created when my family and I competed in our annual holiday cookie-baking contest.  Every year, my classic chocolate chip cookies would always take first place.  As the winner, I would always receive questions from my family and friends about my cookies, and if I would make them a batch.  As time went on, friends, relatives and others would try to discover the secret recipe to my chocolate chip cookies.
